FAQ
Where are you based and are there travel fees?
I am based in Harrogate, TN but I will gladly travel anywhere within the US. A travel fee will be applied for locations outside of the Tennessee/Kentucky/Virginia Tri-State area with a charge of $0.50 per mile.
*During the summers, I am in Austin, Tx
Can I have multiple pets photographed?
Yes, you can bring as many pets to the session as you'd like. There are no additional fees for this!
Will you photograph people?
In an effort to produce the highest quality images, I will not do sessions with a majority of the photos with people in them. If asked I can take a couple of images with pets and people together, but I do try to focus mainly on the pets during our session.
How many images will I receive?
You will receive for your own use the number of digital downloads listed in each plan. You will be able to see all of the raw images and edited pictures in deciding which photos to download.
What is your turnaround time?
1-2 weeks
Can I purchase extra downloads?
If after viewing your gallery, you decide you need more image downloads than what comes with your plan, you may purchase additional downloads for $20 per image. You will be able to download these images as well as your included downloads an unlimited number of times.
